warning: long, boring blog. I guess it's my turn? kristeeeeel here. haven't blogged since may? hahah, i didn't know that. wow, wasn't mae's blog just oh so - inspirational ! put tears in my eyes ! hahaha darrrrrrilllle, how did your exams go? and how've you all beeeeen! i hear that hayley's been really busy. life revolving around school, ben and friends ;) and all that studyyy. jee. oh oh, mine and marnie's mommy's went to the philippines yesterday and so we have to live without them for i guess, a whole month !!! hmm this blog's gonna be loooong and boring haha so. it's understandable if you guys don't wanna read it all.. weeee.I should start with what i've been up to? Auntie Sally sprained her knee & was on MC for 3 days. Seeing her in pain, I felt so lost. All I can do is to give her more $$$ to cover her medical fees. Sometimes I felt I am quite useless & lazy. She asked mi to help her wif her job after my work in e evening. Without thinking for any longer, I rejected. I told her if I were to help her, I will be super tired & cfm on urgent leave again on e next working day. Not to make things worse, I suggested she seek my aunt for help cos she temporarily not working now. At times, I will take stare at Auntie Sally quietly. I noticed that she looks older each time. Fear are rising unknowingly... Sometimes I wondered, if one day she stop working due to old age or sickness. The family burden will automatically land on mi cos I am e only person working full time & earning e most in my family. I am sad to said I have a useless father & brother. One is sitting at home whole day waiting for job to fall from e sky.... (more)

I finally spring for hikng shoes.
I really wanted an replacement for my 1975 Dexter Sitka boots. You know,.. The ones that weighted 5 lbs each. They were so ridgid That if you toe actually caught an edge Your entire foot remain perfectly in position. Man I miss those boots. but ,.. frankly,.. goergely even,... I don't need those any more. I really wanted a boot,.. but sadly the last boot in my size was sold while I waited. Mostly I wanted them TODAY. Since I will prolly spent more time on blacktop than mountain top. I went with a pair of Salomon hiking shoes. I also bought a pair of Asic trail running sneakers.

hi, it's been a while. a fleeting thousand of events, many minor and insignificant in the larger scheme of my life has passed. things like ATEC, outfields, prosaic life in camp. these countless hours of time wastage would have put even an unemployed worker to shame. if anything, less a matter of another 150 days, equivalent of 5 months, and i'll leave this purgatory for good. saf aside, i have recently acquired an interest in the forex, or foreign exchange. the NYSE, NASDAQ and all these weird terminologies. apparently, my interest lies not so much in the makings of the market, but rather, the hidden opportunities in making money, as recently as last year, my friend invested some 10,000 bucks in some commodity trading stocks and managed to reap a handsome profit of some 4000$. impressive, aint it? forex seems to have less risk, as currency control is much less volatile as compared to the market forces acting on privatised stocks. mmm. another thing, i'm such a sucker for watches,...
